I’ve interviewed more tech job seekers looking for work right now than anyone in the world. People need jobs now. But they need meaning too.

Whether we like it or not. We are headed back to the farm. Back to village. Back to our nature and what millions of years of evolution hard coded into us.

The question is whether we go soon and joyfully and willingly. Or run back in a panic.
