The Projects feature built into Claude Pro is a powerful tool that makes it easy to create and manage specialized AIs with a knowledge base. 1. How to create a new Project
First, access the Projects feature from Claude Pro's dashboard and create a new Project.
- Click the \"New Project\" button on the dashboard
- Enter a project name (e.g., \"Internal Support AI\")
- Add a brief description (optional)
- Press \"Create\" to complete project creation
With this done, the foundation is set, and you can proceed to uploading the knowledge base and prompt configuration.
2. How to upload the knowledge base
The heart of the specialized AI is its knowledge. Claude Pro supports various file formats.
- Supported formats: PDF, TXT, MD (Markdown), CSV, Word (.docx), etc.
- Size limit: Up to about 50 MB per file (subject to latest information)
Uploads are performed from the project's \"Knowledge Base\" tab.

- Select the target files and upload
- After upload, the AI automatically analyzes the text and reflects it as internal knowledge
