Launched the "Claude for Small Business" plugin for Claude Cowork — 15 agentic workflows and 15 skills covering accounting, payments, and contract management.

Why it matters

Freelancers and small teams can finally hand invoicing, customer entry, and contract sending to Claude without glue code. If you run SAP or Salesforce, this isn't aimed at you.

Fanuc robots now take plain-language instructions

Compared to before

Running industrial robots meant vendor languages like KAREL, with specialists rewriting code at every change. Now Fanuc — the world's largest robot maker — makes it official.

What changed

Fanuc built a physical-AI industrial robot system on Gemini and Google Cloud, enabling robot control via natural-language instructions (announced 2026/5/13).

Why it matters

Google Cloud now has a serious claim in factory automation, but this isn't a boxed product — the path runs through Fanuc and an SI partner. Not for software teams yet.
